  3. 3Answer every question before submitting.
  4. 4Complete IST and/or SOLL depending on the workshop setup.
  5. 5Return to the group discussion when the facilitator shows the results.

During the workshop

A calm facilitation rhythm

  1. 1. Orient: briefly explain the model and the meaning of IST/SOLL.
  2. 2. Collect: let participants answer quietly and independently.
  3. 3. Observe: show the dashboard and ask what people notice first.
  4. 4. Interpret: discuss spread, averages, and gaps before deciding actions.
  5. 5. Experiment: choose a small behavior or practice to try next.

Conversation tips

Keep the discussion useful

  • Do not treat a culture as good or bad.
  • Ask what each culture makes easier and what it makes harder.
  • Look at the point cloud before jumping to the average.
  • Use large IST/SOLL gaps as transition questions, not as blame.
  • Turn insights into small experiments after the discussion.
